Summary: This hotel is near a very busy fire station, so you'll be woken up by lots of fire trucks all night, especially if you're in the tower part of the hotel. The room is VERY small, there are no ice machines in the tower. But the AC unit worked very well. That's a plus I guess haha.

Summary: There is no elevator and the place feels like a tenement. The rooms face the pool at the same level, with zero privacy. I have never seen such a busy pool, it was like a party every day, shouting, and singing until 10pm. It was terrible for us because I have two babies who go to sleep at 7:30, and until 10pm it was a nightmare. The cleanliness was awful. The carpet in the room was sticky, so we couldn’t walk barefoot. The bathroom also showed only very superficial cleaning. I would not recommend this hotel.

Summary: The hotel was very nice! Pool was great, the kids had a blast. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable! It was very nice that there are 2 restaurants connected to the hotel! The good was very delicious at Denny's. We didnt eat at Chop, but i know the food is great there!

Summary: The building that has no way to check in and needs key cards to get around should not have a large lit up sign saying entrance/welcome. Not well planned simple signage would help. Made check in unpleasant. The room smelt very strongly of smoke. Our son has bad asthma. We vacationed to the west to get away from the prairie smoke. He used his puffer twice in the first ten minutes of entering the room. The bed had two noticeable indents on the mattress. Worn out. Wasn’t horrible but overall disappointing.

Summary: Room was too humid. Once AC/fan is on, it was soooo much noise, impossible to rest. There was hair on bathroom ceiling and carpet was not properly cleaned. Front desk provided excellent service.

Summary: My kid loved the pool. Bed could be replaced. You sank too much. We had to take the filter out of the air conditioner cause it was so gross. Otherwise it was a good place to stay.

Summary: Had to go down six or so steps to room. No elevator for someone with mobility issues. Room opened on to the pool courtyard so noise was constant and it was humid and smelled like chlorine. There were exposed pipes on the ceiling of the room.
